• The Collected cash by WWOOF Nepal for any program from their clients, is not refundable, or Flight Vision Int'l Tours & Travels (P) Ltd is not liable to pay / refund any money if / unless program is cancilled by Clients or WWOOFERS.

• 50 % of gross amount  will not refund by Flight Vision Travel if program is canceled by Clients, it money goes to cancellation charge  and Social oriented Program WWOOF NEPAL Project.

With over 500 members in 34 countries, our association, has established itself as the premier organisation for commercial support for operators, essential for buyers and sellers of tour product in Europe and effectively as “the Voice of Tourism”.

 From your application we understand that your company is specialised in Nepal and does not appear to feature European destinations? As an association we are focused only on European inbound tourism, therefore unfortunately it does not appear that we can assist at this time.
